1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 10% Service charge is applied on Rack Rate
2. The Published rate will not include breakfast
3. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.
4. Hotel reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
5. No discounts offered during +/- 7 days of festival periods (Note: Tshechu dates are subject to change as per the TCB directives).
6. Extra Bed charges is Nu.1000 per person per night applicable of 20% Tax
7. These rates are on per room per night basis.
8. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
