  1.  10% Bhutan Sales Tax and 10% Service Charge apply on all rates.
  2.  All extras must be settled by the guest directly at check-out unless otherwise confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
  3.  Hotel reserves the right to revise terms and conditions at its discretion.
  4.  No discounts will be provided ±3 days of major festival periods (as per TCB Tshechu dates).
  5.  Seasonal Discounts:
  • Peak Season (Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct, Nov):10% discount (excluding festival buffer days)
  • Off Season (Dec, Jan, Feb, Jun, Jul, Aug):20% discount

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations are on a first-come, first-served
  • All changes/cancellations must be made in writingto the property’s official email address.
  • Cancellations are valid only upon confirmation from the hotel via return email.

  • Post 6:00 PM: Full-day charge applies.
  • Early arrivals before 6:00 AM: Charged from the previous night.

Child & Infant Policy

  • Children under 6 years:Complimentary stay and breakfast (no extra bed)
  • Children 6–12 years:50% charge on meals

Mode of Payment

  • 100% advance deposit is required within 30 days of booking confirmation.
  • Reservations will be automatically released without notice if payment is not received by the due date.
  • Kindly email us a copy of the remittance/transaction receipt for our records.
